It is difficult to compare the M2XC4 to Fenix since their only 2x18650 light hasn't been reviewed, and comparisons to other battery types need to account for more than the difference in capacity. But on CPF Selfbuilt's reviews show that the M2XC4 and M2C4 are very efficient, especially on medium/low modes due to PWM.

I see the competition's 9 hours to the M2XC4's 35

Yeah you are right on that, i saw somewhere runtimes of fenix and were very good. If it wasn't for Fenix Tk30, i would go with eagletac too most likely in that case! :T:

I am looking to purchase my husband a good flashlight that has the ability to use recharable batteries (do not necessarily know the difference between RCR123A and 18650 - but wanting something that is rechargable. We have 200 acres in the country and need something to use on the land. He is not a hunter, but I hear a great flashlight is a good gift to get (better then a sweater!!)

Keep in mind that you would need to order lithium ion batteries and a charger unless you go with traditional size batteries like AA. (Or you can get 18650 batteries out of laptop battery packs)

Can my husband sue someone for filing a false police report against him? My husband has a crazy ex. She filed assualt charges against him. 6 weeks later her roommate filed charges against him for the same incident, but she put the wrong date on the warrant. Can we sue her?

In this country, you can sue anyone for just about anything; doing so for making an error about the date would probably be a weak suit, IMO. I would concentrate on the false charge rather than what they will likely claim to be a mistake.

Under the same circumstances, I would offer to submit to a polygraph, and challenge the filers to do the same. While not admissable in court, it adds a very official air to the proceedings and will frighten the dishonest party/parties.

Of course, seeking the opinion of an attorney would be best course of action.
